Ah. TFIF. But this time, in a good way.

First day back in civilisation. A decent story to get through, that will have adequate ramifications so that people will read it for reasons OTHER than punting.

A lovely welcome back. Lotsa wine. Chicken curry. Plans for the next few weeks with exciting work ahead. Leadership, motivation, guidance and competence abound. What more could an ageing journo ask for.

I am however blowing off training because I am tired (and a little high) and I have running at 7.30am tomorrow anyways with fencing shortly after.

Oh and the wedding MC-ing gig I have in the evening.

And drinks at Oosh after.

How could I NOT have a smile on my face.

I am kinda sorry about the "every fibre in my being" jibe. If only it were not true.
