It's been awhile since last I wrote...so much has been going on what with the IOC stuff, covering the IOC stuff, and trying to get in shape for Asian champs in a couple of weeks.

The IOC thing was way stressful I must admit...the lack of a lot of practice meant that I looked pretty tense on TV...but it was fun overall and I met some nice people and took some interesting photos.

It was back to work covering the IOC for the desk and training to boot...tiring stuff...the five straight days of boozing took their toll and I was knackered by the end of Sunday...I think lying low for the next few days is gonna be a good idea...
